Hi, everyone!

Today I'm sharing a new card I made using the Penguin Agenda stamps and Penguin Perfect CutsFun Night Out stamps and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts and the stencil Cyber Wallpaper from Penguin Palace.

For this card I tried Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo and Flock Transfer Sheets for the first time. I cut white cardstock to size for my background and applied the Transfer Gel Duo with the Cyber Wallpaper stencil. I put the background away and let it dry.

Next I stamped out cute images from the both stamp sets. I love mixing stamp sets! I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator and die cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

After the Transfer Gel was dried, I put the flock sheet on the background and ran it through my die cutting machine.

Then I stamped the sentiment with picked raspberry Distress Oxide ink and glued the layer to my card base. I adhered all of my characters with foam tape.

I just adore the cute characters and I hope you too!

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!

Hi, everyone!

Today I'm sharing this new card I made using the Fun Night Out stamps and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts from Penguin Palace. I also used Cross Stitched and Dots Small Rectangle Overlay Dies, Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlay Dies, Home Sweet Home Die and Cyber Wallpaper stencil.

I started by stamping out the cute images and colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator. I die cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts and added highlights with a white gel pen.

Next, I cut white cardstock to size for my card base and the card panel. Then I used the rectangle overlay dies to die cut a frame. I had the idea that my scene should represent a disco from inside. Therefore I die cut a background with the Home Sweet Home die.

Then, I did some ink blending. For the background which you can see through the windows I ink blended chipped saphire Distress Ink and splattered gold ink for the stars over it. For the wall inside the disco I ink blended victorian velvet Distress Oxide Ink over the Cyber Wallpaper stencil. I chose tumbled glass Distress Ink for the floor.

Next, I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark and embossed ith with white embossing powder on dark blue cardstock.

To finish off, I assembled my card. I adhered my images with foam tape and liquid glue to create dimension.

I hope you like my card! Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!

Hi, everyone!

Today I'm sharing a new slimline card I made using the Summer Sunshine stamps and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts and Let's Catch Up stamps and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts from Penguin Palace.

I started by stamping out the cute images and colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator and Copics. I die cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts and added white dotted highlights.

Next, I die cut a White layer with slimline dies. I die cut this layer again with border dies to create the different pieces for my Background: ocean, beach and sky. Then, I ink blended Blueprint Sketch and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink for the ocean Portion. For the beach I ink blended Antique Linen and for the sky and stenciled clouds Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Inks. I splattered water and Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust over the ink blended portions.

I die cut another White layer with the same slimline die. With another slimline die I die cut a pink layer. I also cut a dark blue card base.

I glued my card base and the different layers together and moved my stamped images back and forth to see how I wanted to set my scene. Next, I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark and embossed it with white WOW embossing powder.

To finish off, I adhered all of my characters with foam tape and liquid glue. I just adore this summer scene and I hope you too!

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!

Hi, everyone!

Today I'm back with a new card I made using lots of products from Penguin Palace.

Here is an overview of the used products:

Happy Track & Field (Chapter 2) stamps and Penguin Perfect Cuts
Congratulations
Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlays stand-alone-dies
Let's Celebrate stand-alone die
It's Your Day Bubble Call-Out stand-alone die

I started by stamping out the cute images and colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator. I die cut them out with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

Next, I cut white cardstock to size for my card base and die cut my layers: 3x die cutting with the largest of the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlays dies (2x white cardstock and 1x pattern paper). The layer with the pattern paper ran through my Big Shot again with the Let's Celebrate stand-alone die. For one of the die cut white cardstocks I took a grassy boarder die and ran it also through my Big Shot. Now all the layers were die cut and prepared for ink blending.

After coloring out the stamped images, ink blending is my favorite part of card making! I ink blended the grass with worn lipstick Distress Oxide ink. Next, I ink blended the layer that comes behind the die cut Let's Celebrate layer. For this layer I used mowed lawn, twisted citron, picked raspberry and worn lipstick Distress Oxide Inks.

Then I made my sentiments. I wanted to use the "It's Your Day" leftovers from my last Penguin Palace card. Because the "It's Your Day" letters did not stand out strongly enough from the background, I die cut them out of black cardstock again and glued them as shadows behind the letters. Then I cut a little banner, ink blended it with mowed lawn Distress Oxide Ink and stamped "Hooray!" from the Congratulations stamp set onto this banner.

Now it was time to put my card together!I used liquid glue for the 2 layers and the sentiments and adhered the grass and the characters with foam tape to add dimension on my card.

I'm happy with the result and I hope you like my card too!

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!
