PENGUIN PALACE - HOT SUMMER DAY AT THE BEACH

Hi there!

Today I'm sharing another card with the new release from Penguin Palace. Here in Germany it's soooo hot with record temperatures... I melt and my biggest wish is to cool down!! Therefore I made a cute summer card! My card is featuring 3 different stamp sets:

Summer Sunshine stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts
Penguin Agenda and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts
Rabbit Cafe and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts

First I die cut white water cardstock and Neenah Desert Storm with the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlay Die die. For the ocean background I did some ink smooching with salty ocean Distress Oxide Ink. Then I die cut the beach with a border die.

Next I took Neenah cardstock and stamped out the images. I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir markers and TriBlend markers. I cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I glued the images to the card. For the images in the front of my card, I used foam tape to create dimension. To finish off, I stamped the sentiment onto a banner.

DT Cards und More - Birthday Bear

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Heute zeige ich euch für Cards und More eine Geburtstagskarte mit den niedlichen Birthday Bear & Friends Stempeln von My Favorite Things!

Den Hintergrund habe ich mit Distress Oxide in Spun Sugar und Twisted Citron gestaltet. Für das Gras habe ich eine Stencil verwendet. Die Motive habe ich alle mit Memento auf weißen Cardstock gestempelt und mit Spectrum Noir Markern coloriert.

Den Text habe ich auch mit Memento gestempelt und dann mit der Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips Stanze von My Favorite Things ausgestanzt.

Am Ende alles aufkleben und mit ein paar Steinchen/Pailetten dekorieren und fertig!

PENGUIN PALACE - Fun Adventure

Hi there!

Today I'm sharing another card with the new release from Penguin Palace. My card features the Fun Adventure stamp set and coordinating
Penguin Perfect Cuts! I also used the sweet Coffee house from Rabbit Cafe.

First I die cut white cardstock with the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlay die. I ink blended very softly dried Marigold Distress Oxide Ink. Then I splattered some Gansai Tambi starry colors onto the ink blended background.

Next I took Neenah cardstock and stamped out the images. I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir markers and TriBlend markers. I cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I glued the images in the background directly to the card and the images in the front with foam tape. Since the little photographer has to take a picture, he has put his coffee on his suitcase. ;)

To finish off, I stamped the sentiment! I had so much fun with this card!

PENGUIN PALACE - Summer Sunshine

Hi there!

Today I'm sharing another card with the new release from Penguin Palace. My card featuring the  Summer Sunshine stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts!

First I die cut 2 pieces of white cardstock with the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlays. I ink blended scattered straw Distress Oxide Ink for the beach. For the waves I took the second piece of the die cut white cardstock and die cut 3 different waves. Next I ink blended mermaid lagoon and salty ocean Distress Oxide Ink. I splatterd some water and Distress Oxide Ink onto the ink blended card base and soaked it up with paper towel.

Next I took Neenah cardstock and stamped out the images. I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir markers and TriBlend markers. I cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

Then I stamped out the sentiment with VersaMark and embossed it with white embossing powder.

Next I adhered  the background, the waves and images onto my card base. For the sweet lady I used foam tape because I wanted to emphasize her.

To finish off, I added white dots with a gel pen.

Today I'm sharing another card with the new release from Penguin Palace. My card featuring the Home Sweet Home stand-alone die and the Summer Sunshine stamp set and coordinating
Penguin Perfect Cuts!

First I die cut white cardstock with the Home Sweet Home die. For the house I ink blended tumbled glass Distress Oxide ink and for the roof pumice stone and hickory smoke Distress Oxide Ink.

Next I took Neenah cardstock and stamped out the images. I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir markers and TriBlend markers. I cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

Then I adhered the house onto a piece of dotted paper. I did this because in the background you should see the wallpaper of the walls in the house.

Next I ink blended the card base with antique linen and tumbled glass Distress Oxide ink. I splatterd some water onto the ink blended card base and soaked it up with paper towel.

I glued the house and the images to the card. To finish off, I stamped the sentiment and added a little enamel heart to the door.
