Hello and welcome back to Penguin Palace's October New Release & Creativity Chapter Day 6!

Today I'm sharing a card with the new Stencil Crystal Snowflakes from Penguin PalaceHere's a look at my cards:

I also used Cuddly Sheep's Season's Greetings stamp set and coordinating
Penguin Perfect Cuts!

For my first card I ink blended cracked pistachio, peacock feathers and blueprint sketch Distress Oxide inks.

I splattered some water onto the ink blended card base and soaked it up with paper towel. Next I took the stencil and applied Aleene's True Snow over the top.

While the background was drying, I stamped out the images, cut them out with the coordinating dies and embossed the sentiment.

For my second card I decided to switch from high to landscape format.

For this card I ink blended wilted violet, seedless preserves and picked raspberry Distress Oxide inks.

I hope you like my card!

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!

Hello and welcome back to Penguin Palace's October New Release & Creativity Chapter Day 5!

Today I'm sharing a card with the new Stencil Rain of Hearts from Penguin PalaceHere's a look at my card:

First I die cut white cardstock with the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlay Die and ink blended Antique Linen, Tattered Rose and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink.

Next I took the new Rain of Hearts stencil and put it onto the ink blended background. Then I ink blended Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink over the stencil.

Then I smooshed the 3 Distress Oxide colors on my glass mat, watered them down and splattered them over the ink blended card panel. I also did this with white paint.

Next I stamped the Happy Birthday script from the My Best Pal stamp set with Tattered Rose Distress Oxide Ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I die cut it with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I wanted to highlight the stenciled background on my card, so I didn't stamp a scene with critters. Instead, I added an very sweet embellishment which you find here: Irresistible Ice-cream Treats

I adhered the sentiment to the card with foam tape and the embellishment with strong liquid glue.

I hope you like my card!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I'll see you again soon with another card!

Hello and welcome back to Penguin Palace's October New Release & Creativity Chapter Day 4!

Today I'm sharing a card with the new Lucky Break stamps and coordination Penguin Perfect CutsHere's a look at my card:

First I cut white cardstock for the card panel and ink blended Mustard Seed and Pumice Stone Distress Oxide ink over the top. Then I splattered gold watercolor over the ink blended card panel.

Next I stamped out the images and colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers. I die cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

In order to give the slot machine a realistic look, I have deposited the windows with acetate. I stamped "Jackpot" with VersaMark and embossed it with embossing powder in gold.

To finish off I adhered all my images with foam tape and stamped the sentiment with black ink.

I hope you like my card!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I'll see you again soon with another card!

Next I took Neenah cardstock and stamped out the images. I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir markers and cut them out with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I laid my scene out across the top portion of the panel and adhered the cute images with foam tape.

To finish off, I stamped the sentiment with black ink.

I hope you like my card!

Hi there!

Today I'm sharing a new card with Penguin PalaceMy card featuring the Let's Celebrate stand-alone die, the Penguin Agenda stamp set and coordinating
Penguin Perfect Cuts and the star dies from the Fancy Hearts Scalloped Boarder Dies.

First I die cut a piece of design paper (Maggie Holmes Bloom Paper Pad) with the Let's Celebrate die. That's an easy way to create beautiful card panels.

Next I took Neenah cardstock and stamped out the penguins. I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator and die cut them with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I chose grey cardstock and die cut the stars and the happy birthday script.

Then I put my card together: I adhered the die cut card panel onto a plum card base. I trimmed a piece of vellum paper, which I put under the happy birthday script. Then I glued the stars onto my card and adhered the penguins with foam tape.

I hope you like my card!

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!
